Recently, Michaela met with Simonne. Scott Ferguson from Ghost Gum Media and one of Simonne's children, Jean-Christophe Burckhardt have discussed the prospect of making a documentary about her life. Michaela is now involved with Scott and Jean-Christophe in the development of the documentary.
The story begins in a German-occupied Paris in 1941. A twelve-year old schoolgirl is kept in the cellar in hiding from the Nazis. She is sexually abused
by the policement for three years only to recover and be left homeless with four children after being deserted by her husband years later. But her life force remains strong.
"If people take advantage of their opportunities, there is nothing we cannot do,"
Simonne says.
A book Simonne wrote on her life, Men or Rats, is being turned into a film
this year, starring Ewan McGregor. But she says that, at 79, she is not interested in the dark aspects of her life.
"My philosophy is to teach people to stop complaining and concentrate on what they can achieve."

Lost On is represented by an adventurer Steve Crombie, who's already travelled accross South and North America on his motorbike and has gathered amazing stories and images.
The new web site will promote his new adventure of being the youngest person to visit all natural and man made wonders of the world by land and sea.
The Kitchen Guys are a small family business who are aiming to sell affordable and good quality kitchens. Minds & Pictures has been building the web site for the new show rooms in Sydney as well as designing the marketing and promotional material.
